Xbox one streaming problem

trying to play fallout 4

I start streaming and in a few seconds I get we have lost the connection to your console please run the test to see how to make streaming better
so I do and all I get is red x for low medium high and very high

Xbox is right next to router windows 10 laptop is in next room on opposite side of the wall even connected Xbox with cable
signal strength is excellent on both Xbox and laptop connects to Xbox app perfectly but not streaming

I have a wifi range extender if that would help

Game streaming resolution when TV is off or on different input

Tried to set up game streaming today, and encountered this same problem. Is there a workaround other than turning on the TV where the xbox is connected? I would think this is a pretty common use case for xbox one streaming.

I have a problem while i try streaming xbox one on PC. Before trying i did streaming test and it was ok, for high quality, too. But when i start streaming, don't see anything, i still see the xbox app and above only the straming options bar. However i listen
sound of my xbox dashboard and games. In conclusion, during the streaming, i listen audio but don't see video. I have tried all ways writings on xbox and windows support....but nothing.

Windows 10, xbox one and my notebook (sony vaio, intel i5, 4gb ram, ati radeon 2gb) is updated to last version.

What is the problem?
