Xbox one store & xbox.com store

I buy Xbox one 3 month ago & put my son email and he log in and put me as a one friend & share with me all games after 2 weeks my son left the x1 when his member ship with gold finish and use his x360

I remove my son account from x1 and put my account and use the console the problem with me I'm member ship with gold all games I buy it ( special free with gold ) appear to me on xbox.com Already purchased with the store of console ( play or install
) & Buy a copy

I check with https://account.microsoft.com/?lang=en-us under section
Recent orders ( See all ) I found all my digital games I buy it with the gold benfit discount; except that is I buy it free with gold.

for the free game with gold I buy it on xbox.com see Aleady purchased; but on x1 store see play ( or install when i remov my ext HDD ) > Buy a copy !

Also I redeem code for one game already on console; I redeem it through xbox.com; check after on xbox.com appear Already purchased; but with the store of console x1 appear play > Buy a copy !

Any suggestion to do thanks

Xbox store question

Hi Guys,

Do any of you know if the xbox one will start downloading a game as soon as it is purchased on xbox.com store?

I have just purchased Trials Fusion in the store on xbox.com and my xbox one is in fast on mode, just wondering if it will start downloading for before I get home and switch it on tonight?

If i'm understanding correctly your son had previously set your Xbox One as his home console which gave you Gold privileges. If the Games with Gold titles were downloaded on his account and he was removed from your Xbox One then I'm afraid you wouldn't have
access to the Games with Gold titles unless you also 'purchased' the free titles from your account.

It sounds like these titles were only purchased on his account, which would mean you wouldn't have access to them unfortunately.

The store on xbox.com is the digital store, so it would be a digital copy and would download to your console. If you're able to purchase it from xbox.com, you should be able to purchase it from the One as they use the same store.

The in game store on my Xbox one specifically said I can only purchase it from Xbox.com or from a 360. Thank you for your quick reply.

thank you ill try this, but im pretty sure im on custom and i can buy stuff, should i just try and put it to adult

Hi Fellow gamer,

You should not have to worry about any settings. As the game is a free game with gold, the only reason the credit card is needed is for billing information. It will not get charged.
