    I like browsing the store on my Xbox One and watching gameplay videos and trailers. I have noticed that most of the videos wont play and it says `error unsupported video or invalid file path`. Other videos such as film trailers seem to play ok. I am not
    sure if this has something to do with the mercury app which installed on my console. Has this happened to anyone else?.

    It must be something to do with the dashboard update 10.0.19041.2494 as Lars_75 mentioned. I had updated to this dashboard a day or two before i got the Mercury update. I still dont know why i got an update for Mercury as I dont have the app and it is
    not on the store.

    I have the same issue after updating to 10.0.19041.2494 on Xbox One S

    Game trailers used to play automatically when entering the game page in the store. The trailer never plays though. Even when clicking the actual trailer video at the bottom of
    the game page, it shows “Error: unsupported video type or invalid file path”.

    Had the same problem yesterday. (Haven't checked today.) Don't know what the Mercury app is, so probably don't have it installed. :)

    I'm sure it's been reported by now, so a fix should be out soon enough.
