    Xbox One Store Issue


    Hi everyone,

    When I start up the store on Xbox One 16 and 18 rated games do not appear on the storefront, yet if I search them I can still purchase them? I'm an adult and have been since having an Xbox 360 years ago, with my content setting always being unrestricted.
    I can still play all my 18 and 16 rated games and obviously still purchase them via the search function, but I cannot browse the sales without using another device, as I couldn't see whether games like Resident Evil 3 were on sale.

    Will this resolve itself? I've tried hard resetting my xbox and changing the content restriction to 7+ and then back to unrestricted.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    as an update ... i have now managed to purchase games online through xbox.com (although it was a pain trying to get it to purchase in GBP not USD). If anyone else has this issue (the pop up for your payment confirmation is grey) check to see if any of your
    credit cards have expired and remove them if so - this worked for me!

    But the issue with the store on the XBOX One still remains - if you have a resolution please reply
