Xbox one store error 0x80131500

Hi guys!

Over the last 3-4 days I haven't been able to buy/ update my eso plus membership on my xbox one store.

I get a screen that says "ops try again later" and this error message:

Code: 0x80131500

CV: KsqpyTSqE02WVKO/

I've tried to normal reset/restart, shutting off on the console and unplugging. I've even tried changing language and country settings which someone had posted as a tip online.

It's really bugging me!

Does anyone know what to so?

ok so my microsoft store doesnt open and it says it cant load error code is 0x80131500

Hi!

I'm sure that there's enough money, and that my information is correct. It simply won't load the page.

I had tried earlier to get to my payment page on my phone but it had not worked.

But I tried now and it went through! Thanks for the suggestion! If you had not said it I probably wouldn't have tried again

Have you tried purchasing it via desktop on the Xbox.com website? Are you sure you have the right account and billing info and that it's set accurately? That you have enough to cover taxes and surcharges ?

I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.
