    XBOX One - Store Connection Issue


    when attempting to purchase a game either through Gold or directly on the store i et the following message "Try again later - Check your internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to
    the Store".

    I have checked connection on my end and there are no network issues there, and i have performed a few hard restarts on the machine.

    Still not working!

    I have also attempted to purchase through the store via my PC but get a blank screen when i try to purchase.



    Looks like there is a general issue with the store at the moment!! Please confirm if this is the case, if not please advise how i can resolve the issue. Cheers.

    Xbox One has compatibility issues with UK TV signals

    Tivo connected via Xbox One and an amp and no issues that I can see

    Unable to connect to Microsoft Store, getting error code 0x80072F30

    Getting error code 0x80072F30 when I try to connect to Microsoft Store. Have checked my Xbox connection. No issue with connection able to access Youtube

    as an update ... i have now managed to purchase games online through xbox.com (although it was a pain trying to get it to purchase in GBP not USD). If anyone else has this issue (the pop up for your payment confirmation is grey) check to see if any of your
    credit cards have expired and remove them if so - this worked for me!

    But the issue with the store on the XBOX One still remains - if you have a resolution please reply

    What was I thinking

    go to the windows store and get the xbox one app...that should get your pc connected ....get xbox live gold and the xbox store has lots of free games and demos and such....booted off your router might mean network issues....xbox one has issues with certain
    routers....list your network equipment (modem and router , brand and model #'s ) and if you are wired or wireless...
