Xbox One store can't see games on sale

I bought a disc copy of Batman: Arkham Origins a backwards compatible Xbox 360 game and I used to be able to see it for sale digitally on the Microsoft store, but ever since I installed onto my xbox via disc i can’t see the game itself in the store,
I can only see the add ons. Any reason as to why this is happening? I’d like to own it digitally instead but the digital game page is nowhere to be found.

What you mean with "for sale digitally on the microsoft store" ?

If you have the original disc in your tray, the console start downloading the Xbox One version.

Well graingergames shop has sales on game now. I remember seeing one last week at my local store for like 22£

The Games with Gold section normally shows up on your home screen, but if you can't find it there, you can always find it online at

www.xbox.com/.../sales-and-specials

There should also be a Game demos section that shows up in the store. Go right to Store, then down to Games store, and it was underneath the Backwards compatible section for me.

Try to find a cheaper one at Amazon or see if it is on sale in any stores on disc e.g. Argos

Yep, they put the sales right on the Home screen of the Xbox One - it's to the far right, next to the Store. Lots of good stuff there; I'll be checking it out regularly to see if there's anything that interests me. I'm already eyeing the sale on the Lord
of the Rings trilogy.
