Xbox One stopped working wirelessly, and now no longer connects through ethernet.

The console stopped working through Wifi a few months ago, and now, no longer connects through ethernet as of today. When in the Network tab,the console claims that "All services are available".

HELP PLEASE, Xbox Live isn't connecting.

I've tried doing that. I can't connect the xbox directly to the router because our router is on a different floor. Is there an ethernet cable long enough to be wired down through the floor and across a few rooms? Also my laptop worked for the longest time
to make my xbox work and suddenly stopped working.

Xbox Controller Won't Connect

I am apart of the Xbox Insiders Program and my Xbox One controller won't connect after a recent update. The sync button on the controller does not work allowing it to connect wirelessly to the console itself. I could only get it connected by USB cable but
now that has stopped working too. Can some one please help and before anyone says hard reset I have done that multiple times with no results. Thank you.

When connecting to the internet what happens and what you have done to resolve it. (What appears on the screen, error codes / messages) thanks.

Lets troubleshoot the console follow the steps below.

Lets turn the console on the give it about 3 minutes until it fully boots up then hold the power button on the console until it powers down unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals once done wait up to 5-6 minutes uninterrupted, when that
has finished plug it in and launch the console the green boot screen should appear let it finish. Try connecting to the internet using WIFI or Ethernet

i ran the test through ethernet on the same wifi, it worked fine, but when i unplugged it it didnt connect to the internet wirelessly

The internet receiver cable comes in and goes to the modem and from there plugs into the router. Then from the router my computer and Xbox One are connected on separate ethernet cables and as stated before my brother's Xbox One is connected through wirelessly.

Zod.... I have an Apple Air Express router. which I did not see on the list. BUT right now my Xbox connection works wirelessly. If I hook it up with an ethernet cable , it should be fine and work just like it did wirelessly, right?

Ethernet cable then tried wirelessly same result. Slow. When I download on the xbox one the speeds are fast. It too is connected via an Ethernet cable.
