    Xbox One stopped working after update


    Hey all,

    After ive updated my firmware on the xbox one,

    the dvd no longer seems to be reading disk. You can hear it registering the xbox game dvd when you insert it, but then nothing. Gutted as I have a load of games on dvd still that wont work Xbox One stopped working after update :(

    Sorry to hear about the Xbox One console troubles. It sounds like you've tried most of the standard troubleshooting we'd recommend for an issue like this. If the console is under a year old, it should still be under warranty, in which case you'll just need
    to register the serial number (no need for the the receipt).
