Xbox one stop working

My xbox one cannot be turned on.The light of the xbox one will immediately turn off when i try to turn it on.I have already check out the support of the xbox.com but there is no change.What can i do now

I didn't know my Xbox 360 would just stop working when the Xbox One comes out.

Try pulling the power cord out of the back of the console for 5 minutes. I add this happen to me once and that actually helped me. If that doesn't help would it be possible for you to borrow a friends power supply to test on your console? That will help
to narrow down the cause of the problem. Good Luck!

Problem finally solved.I use my hair dryer to blow the console,and i cant believe that actually work.

Hi there sorry to hear you are experiencing some problems. You should try this:

Make sure you've been through this:
support.xbox.com/.../console-wont-power-on

and this:
support.xbox.com/.../tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected

Then try:

making sure the console is off

then unplug the power

unplug Kinect sensor

then with the sensor still unplugged try plugging back in the power and booting it back up

then plug in Kinect once it's on

Try leaving the console unplugged for a full ten minutes.

leave the plug in your xbox. however, unlug the line leading into your power brick itself. make sure you unplug from the outlet too.

wait a couple of minutes.

plug back into outlet then plug other end into the brick itself. should light up after that and your xbox might turn on then

if you are using the HDMI port farthest away from the power cable please switch it to the HDMI port closest to the power cable.
