    Xbox One Stereo Headset wont let me hear others in game.


    Just got the new headset and while I play Plants vs. Zombies I cant hear anyone even though I see the marker showing me they are saying something.

    The mic works for a couple of games then is done for. I have to unplug my Xbox one power to make it work again which is a hassle. Why does this Happen?

    Same issue for me. People can barely hear me in party chat. If I slide the left side ear piece onto my cheek to put the mic in front of my mouth, it sounds much better but clearly that isn't a solution.

    Either it needs a longer mic boom or they need to increase the level/sensitivity of the mic. Gonna return them until they address the problem.

    Standard Headset No sound Issue

    I'm sorry to hear you are running into problems with the headset. Now when you are talking about a standard headset, Is this the "chat" headset or the "stereo" headset? The chat will only have one ear piece and that won't work with your game sounds. If it
    has 2 ear pieces then you should be hearing sound.
