Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter compatible with PS Pulse?

Hi everyone,

I'd like to ask whether the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter is compatible with the PS3 Pulse Elite Edition Headset. Can I use the headset for chatting and game sound?

I'd be grateful for any advice.

•You can only connect an Xbox 360 Chat Headset using the stereo headset adapter with a 2.5-mm to 3.5-mm converter, which comes with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. The Xbox One Stereo Headset does not include this adapter cable.

Unfortunately the Venom Headset XT is not compatible with the xbox one without an official xbox stereo headset adapter.

Just seen a post on this subject and it seems they will work with the headset adapter as long as you have the proper cables, they will not work wirelessly though.

 

hi since it works with most smart phones it should also work with the stereo adapter connecting it with the included 3,5 mm audio cable in stereo only - virtual surround would not be supported - but to be honest I did't try that combination, so I can't guarantee
my statement here. I have a headset for smart phones which is compatible with CTIA standards and it works fine. I could not find a clear spec about your headset but since it is rather 'new' it should follow this standard because if not, it wouldn't work with
newer smart phones.

You could buy the headset adapter at amazon or similar, handle it carefully, try it out and if it does not work return it
