    Xbox One Stereo Adapter


    I just ordered a Xbox One Stereo Adapter and my question is if I connected it to my Beats By Dre Studio will I be able to use the mic it has to do in game chat on Xbox live? I don't want to shell out another 150 for a headset.

    It doesn't work. Only because I have read what people been saying. They are saying the audio works but the mic doesn't work. I am also hearing Microsoft is working on it right now. I am going to wait for the update where my beats by dre mic would work before
    I purchase the adapter for now.

    I guess i shouldn't have assumed that the #1 brand of headphones would work properly with this adapter. It's been quite a while since this piece launched and still no updates from MS on this. What's good?

    Same dumb reason my beats and my bose headphones will not control my nokia 1020 phone. For some magical reason they changed the plug. Right now there is no wired control for windows phones or this xbox adapter.

    Its like they are trying so hard to creade a Betamax video recorder

    Xbox One Stereo Adapter

    Does anyone know if I will be able to attach a regular PC mic (the pink 3.5 jack only) to this and use it? My plan is to use the optical out for audio and into a headphone amp and use my studio headphones (no mic attached to this pair). This leaves the mic
    to be dealt with. I will be using a Zalman clip on mic and need to know if I would be able to just plug it into the adapter.
