    I was playing call of duty with my new adapter and it popped up to reconnect controller and kick me out now my adapter wont work at all but my regular mic works microsoft says they can't do anything until march 13th does anyone no wats going on I tried everything
    and everywhere is sold out

    •You can only connect an Xbox 360 Chat Headset using the stereo headset adapter with a 2.5-mm to 3.5-mm converter, which comes with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. The Xbox One Stereo Headset does not include this adapter cable.
