    Xbox One Stereo Adapter


    So i'm considering getting an Xbox One, but from what i understand you need this adapter to use a headset? My current setup with my 360 uses a monitor, with my headset plugged into a RCA audio adapter, as my monitor dosen't have RCA connections.

    My question is how will i use my current headset with the X1 as this dosen't have a AV connection for my audio adapter.

    Xbox One Stereo Adapter

    You'd buy the adapter and plug it into the controller. The headset adapter for the controller provides both mic and audio output support.

    Oh right. I was thinking that i'd still need the RCA white and red jacks plugged in for the audio. This is pretty sweet then, i take it works with most headsets?

    It'll work with any four-conductor headset that supports the CTIA TRRS standard (the one Apple uses).
