Xbox has stolen my money while i bought fifa 14 points with a 15$ card, they took my money and i got no fifa points, also they added a tax on my purchase which is bull *** xbox i demand my money back or else i will sue you

The billing date and renewal date are not always the same day. You can use billing.microsoft.com to check the dates.

All prices mentioned on XBL marketplace ought to include GST/tax, instead of getting us to work out the additional cost. It just makes it way simpler on us. Most retailers cafes etc list prices which *include* tax. They don't confuse the consumer by saying
a price + tax. I'd get on the phone with Xbox Support, make sure you only use gift cards for the country which you brought it in. There should be an authorized Xbox retailer near you unless you live in a rural area. Microsoft sends an email to the email address
which your GT is associated with as receipt and confirmation purchase.

 

It's not MS or Xbox One, it's EA's fault, an issue with taking cash from MS account balances (gift cards)... the very same thing happened to me, go to EA support chat, provide proof of purchase (screenshots) and they'll add the fifa points into your account.

 

I was under the impression that you couldn't use pre-paid cards/MS "points" to buy Fifa points. I'm sure someone can confirm or deny that, but I remember hearing a few people complain on here about not being able to do so.

 

No such thing as MS points anymore, it's all local currency. As of now, it allows you to purchase FIFA points with your MS account balance, however it doesn't actually add the points (while still deducts the cash). I expect this problem is an artifact
of not being able to use MS points, as you've stated.

 

smilesky, in the U.S., the norm is for retailers to list a price excluding tax. All prices here are "14.99 plus tax".

 

LOL....... typical spoiled brat answer...... go get mommy and daddy to file a class action lawsuit for your $15 which in some way you probably lost or spent...... also invest in a gold membership, you be taken a bit more seriously (maybe).....

 

that's why you use credit cards for anyrhing you buy online, if you don't get it you don't pay the bill let the cc company worry about it.
