Xbox one stays at the green screen and won't load up

This morning I got on and was about to play Halo 5 but when I turned my system on. It had a black screen with yellow writing and it had an error code but I don't remember what that code was. So I contacted xbox support twice and followed all the steps they
provided me and it still doesn't work. I tried unplugging all the cables and that did't work. I held the power button for 15 seconds 4 times while the cables were unplugged and that didn't work. I even tired to press the eject button and the controller sync
button on the side of the console at the same time. And then power button afterwards and all it did was flash but it didn't work either. So xbox support sent me over here and said maybe the preview team could help. But at this point I'd say sending it in for
a repair would be quicker but I'll see if I can get any workaround options that will work here in the preview page. For the record I know that the green screen usually takes about 2 minutes to load up but I kept it on for 20 minutes or more and it still didn't
load up.

Green screen of death

My xbox loading screen wont load to the xbox page it just stays on the green screen with xbox on it how do i fix this?

xbox one and bf4 freezing on black screens

every time i turn my xbox on after green xbox screen i get black screen for about 2minutes,,,i sign in, then load battlefield4 up and it stays on black screen for another 2minutes before game loads up,,,then i have to change all my ingame settings,,, its
like the xbox thinks im loading game up for the first time....PLEASE HELP.........

Sorry you're having issues with your console. It sounds like you got a bad update, and it also sounds like you're in the Preview Program. If you are in the Preview Program, then please head over to the Preview Program Forums here, and re-post this issue
over in that section. The folks over there would be the ones to help with that issue.

WAIT! the Xbox one when you first turn it on can stay on the big Green screen for up to 10 mins! make sure you dont turn it off when it loading this screen. Wait it out.

No luck still. Xbox is in a well ventilated area, no game in it, and it still won't load (though, the 2nd to last time I tried to start it, it was able to load all the way through the white start-up screen but then immediately cut to a green screen).

My xbox is stuck on the black screen.. it comes onto the green loading screen and then goes black and stays like that.. u have Done the hard reset and also where you unplug it and we're you hold down the eject button and power button at same time and it
still won't move past the black screen

any ideas ?

Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off and unplugged the xbox, and titanfall still won't get past the main load screen. Stays there for about 10 seconds, then back to the xbox one home screen.
