Xbox One Startup Problems

Hello,

I was playing forza horizon on backwards compatibility and was getting bad frame rate and the game was lagging bad, so i quit the game and did a hard reset (Held down for 10 secs)

Turned it back on Xbox was lit up but nothing was on screen for about 10-15 mins then it loaded up like normal and is now stuck on the green Xbox one screen and has been on it for about 15 mins.

Any ideas on how to fix or is my console broken?

hey guys i need some help with starting up my xbox one s, everytime i try to connect to the wifi, i enter the password and then my xbox just shuts off, i dont know what to do, can any of you fellow gamers help me

Hi, power the Xbox off, press and hold the bind and eject button, press the power button once, keep bind and eject held, a troubleshooting screen will open, select the reset option, choose to keep your games and apps. After the reset there will be a small
setup step you'll need to do. That should get things back to normal.

Thanks for the reply, I chose the reset option then nothing happened for about 5 minutes then it went off and did the thing were nothing appears for about 10 min, now it is on preparing console and has been there for a while there is no progress bar any
ideas?

UPDATE: just went to the something went wrong screen with the error code E102 00000C12 8007045D

UPDATE #2: Had to reset console but delete saved games and apps and stuff seems to be working ok at the moment will let you know if anything goes wrong thanks again for your help

I am having the same problem. My console shows up video on TV after 5 mins and it gets stuck with Green screen forever. So, does it mean, I should hold the BIND and Eject buttons (5 mins) until I see the video on TV?

i have this problem right now and cant think of a single reason it would happen i tried 3 different HDMI cables and still a black screen

Not sure what you mean by "remove the account". Do you mean the game or my Microsoft account? I've done dozens of restarts and only rarely does it seem to work. The real problem is I can't logged in to do anything in "settings" or anywhere else. When
I can get to "settings" I do something and the console just freezes, like changing the resolution to 1080P.
