    Xbox one startup problem


    Had a power outage in middle of a game. Everything is back on, but now Xbox one will not start. Says Home took too long to start (0x8027025a).

    I've rebooted numerous times, no change. What's next?

    Not sure what you mean by "remove the account". Do you mean the game or my Microsoft account? I've done dozens of restarts and only rarely does it seem to work. The real problem is I can't logged in to do anything in "settings" or anywhere else. When
    I can get to "settings" I do something and the console just freezes, like changing the resolution to 1080P.

    Xbox Live Status Page     out that way you can choose to get notified when it's resolved.

    I am having the same problem. My console shows up video on TV after 5 mins and it gets stuck with Green screen forever. So, does it mean, I should hold the BIND and Eject buttons (5 mins) until I see the video on TV?
