Xbox one start problem

Hi,

I have a big problem with my xbox one, when i start it nothing happens. The display is black and the xbox doesn't run, but the logo button becomes white when I press it. What can I do?

Xbox one start up problem

There is an xbox customer whom I've spoken with twice. His Xbox one will start up to the xbox logo and go no further. He's done all the troubleshooting steps, and tried resetting with an USB cable. None of this has worked, and his Xbox is no longer in warranty.

If I were that customer, I'll leave the XO on a couple hours before turning it off and call the assistance.

Keeping shutting down the system while loading can damage it, if it's not already. Sometimes it can take several minutes to the system to get ready.

His is plugged into a power bar. Some power bars are notorious for not providing enough power to consoles. If your console is plugged into a power bar then try using a wall socket for it.

If it still does not work then you may need to set up a repair of the console.
