    Xbox one start/installation issue with Dragon Quest XI Error 0x80070570


    Tried to run DQ 11 (from Game Pass) and it threw this error.

    "Sorry we can't launch this"

    "The item you're trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it (0x80070570)"

    Error messages advises to uninstall and reinstall.

    Uninstalled

    Reinstallation interrupts immediately, gives same error.

    Power cycled xbox, didn't work

    Deleted local saved games, didn't work

    Reset to factory default, didn't work

    I am still able to play other Game Pass games and install other games to the same hard drive.

    What's a good course of action?

    Microsoft Support cannot help me, and i cannot download games now.

    Dragon Quest XI, I love the Dragon Quest games and this entry looks really good.

    At least this one is available on PC too, so I'll get it there even if my pc is not on par with my xbox for gaming

    Across all systems it was probably Dragon Quest XI for me. I played my Xbox One X much more than my Switch and PS4 combined but that one game sticks out for me.

    I have 1.0.7.0 version and this problem still occurs on my PC. I tried every fix that I find in the internet and I literally can't save any progress in game. Yet another game from microsoft store that don't work

    Same problem here. If I rollback to a previous version of the Xbox Game services app then it works. As soon as that app is auto updated the save no longer syncs. It's super frustrating to the extent that I now can only really play the game on Xbox. Not a big deal, it just means there is 0 reason to purchase the PC version once it leaves Gamepass since I cannot use the same save on it. This is def a bug and was not an issue when the game first launched.
