    Xbox One Star Wars Battlefront 2 - 721 error -Every Time


    Got a new Xbox one for my sons for Christmas. Main reason was to play Battlefront 2.

    Bought the game, new and downloaded to the Xbox. Picked up Gold Membership so they can play online.

    Every single time they try to connect get the 721- server down error.

    Read the forums, and fixes. Nothing works. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, same issue.

    We can connect to the server because we've downloaded some other games. Only happens with Battlefront 2.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey Cliff,

    Thank you for reaching out. Before suggesting any troubleshooting, I'd like for you to run a connection test by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
      Test multiplayer connection      .
    If you get an error code, follow the corresponding steps on our
    Multiplayer Error solution    . Let us know how it goes! :D

    Is your Son on a child account? EA has blocked access to Battlefront games and Battlefield games to child accounts.
