So the fedex tracker confirmed my console's been delivered to the facility. I was wondering if they would inform me when they ship the replacement to me and/or if there is a way to track it. When I hit the track link on the my service site it only sends
me to the tracking page for the shipping label that was used to ship it to them.

Not yet, but I did get on support chat late Friday and had my case escalated, the rep told my they would contact me within 48hours(business hours) but it would depend on how many cases they are reviewing, when they filed the report they mentioned what pieces
of the bundle I was missing and confirmed that back to me. they did have to confirm that I was told to send my bundle in, so you will need a copy of the e-mail sent to you or the repair#( they can track the e-mail sent to you by the repair#, or least they
did for me). Right now I only have my console and Kinect, I can't even check to see if the replacement console I got back is working. I know this is beyond annoying, but I have been on both sides of a product launch(granted never on the scale of a company
like MS) and can tell you it royally sucks for both sides, but things will get sorted, just make sure to be civil and keep perusing it till it dose.

Hey there SKALYWAG 76,

As Microsoft/Xbox has no information of the shipping details, we cannot provide you support. However, I would suggest contacting the company/store in which you ordered it.

In the tracking site for FedEx there should be "Receive Notifications" on the bottom right. If you do not see this I would call FedEx personally and they should be able to help you.

Hey there. From what I've heard, the tracking page should update when the console is on its way back. I believe they give you the new tracking number as well. As for how long it will take, that totally depends on how many repairs they have ahead of yours.
I don't believe they send out an email when it ships though.

Unfortunately, I don't have experience myself with this, this is just what I've read from other users.

normally when it's shipped.

I've had the same issue. Sent mine in on Nov 25. Got just the Xbox One Dec 6 and the Kinect Dec 13. On Dec 13 I was told that each item will be shipped to me individually. It's totally not cool. What I'm sayin' is I feel ya bro, hang in there.

UPDATE* i ONLY received my kinect back today. You've got the kidding me microsoft. Nothing else just the kinect. I can't believe this s***. They better be sending the rest by the end of the week.

What problem do you had? Mine console downloaded the update but after that it turned off every single time.
