    I got a new update for my Xbox One. It includes rounded edges and other changes. It still has the green Xbox One splash screen. Is this getting changed to the black Xbox splash screen to help unify consoles?

    XBOX ONE will not work.

    I'm having the same problem. Screen goes black after xbox one splash screen. Already tried your solutions with no luck.

    Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.

    To anyone who still has this issue, try the below 2 methods -

    When you see the second splash screen (small one) -

    1. Click on the forza horizon 5 shortcut multiple times.

    OR

    2. Alt+Tab and make sure the splash screen is selected
