XBox One - Speak through mic, hear through TV ...can anyone help?!

Hi All;

We just got our Xbox one at the weekend, and bought a Stealth SX-02 headset today so we can chat online.

Our cousin got the official Xbox headset with his console, but we didn't.

As we're both in the room, we want to be able to hear him speaking to us, so through the TV, not just through the headset. is this possible?

Or, is there a way to just input a Mic-only, and so listen to chat through the TV?

We really don't want to have to buy a Kinect just to be able to do this.

Headset help

Can anyone recommend any very good headsets £40 ish for the xbox. So I hear the sound only through the headset and can speak with a good mic.

Game Audio is playing through Xbox one mic, I can't hear people talking over game audio

the game audio is playing through my Xbox mic headset and I can't hear anyone talking to me. I would prefer if the game audio just played through my tv (like a normal mic), can someone help me please????

Same problem but I can talk to people through party chat but not through in game chat (like in Battlefield 1 and World of Tanks) but surprisingly I can talk to people in Overwatch. What is even more frustrating is that (like you said) customer support doesn't
help and all the solutions I do find aren't the solutions that I actually need. From time-to-time I can hear the people in game speak through my TV when I'm supposed to be hearing them through my head set and when I speak I can see the mic icon that indicates
that I'm talking but no one can hear me through in game chat but they can hear me through Xbox party chat...... XBOX FIX THIS **** NOW OR SO HELP ME I WILL GO TO YOUR HQ AND PISS ON EVERY ELECTRONIC DEVICE I CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah What I meant was how can I speak through my headset but hear the responses through the TV speakers so anyone else in the room can hear the conversation. This used to be possible on the 360.

The mics are complete garbage! Mine connects maybe 5% of the time. The lights work and you can hear it connect, but you can't speak through it and no audio goes through it. It is pathetic how poorly the xbox one and all of the accessories work.

I have the same issue. My kinetic works fine and I can hear everyone in the party but no one can hear me. Whether I speak through the connect mic or a mic i plug in. It worked fine the day before now this.

I have a Mic but the issue is that the thing I speak through is busted, I can hear however, going to get a new Mic soon.
