Xbox One Sound Stopped Working

Need support, my Xbox One Sound has stopped working suddenly. I still get Sound through the controller (with headphones).

I have tried the following:

- switching out HDMI cable

-switching all audio settings to correct settings and to HDMI output on Xbox

-switching t.v and going through the T.V settings

-factory reset with keeping apps and games installed.

Nothing has worked for me, any thoughts, or is the Xbox need a physical repair

No, my Xbox One is the Halo 5 1TB edition. Is there a problem getting this model fixed over the S and X.

Just turned TV off and then on, sound is on with it. After another 30 seconds or so the sound goes out again.

Just connected the cable box directly to the TV. Sound worked for a minute, then went out. Could this be an HDMI cord issue or is this pointing toward my TV going bad?
