Xbox One Sound Glitching, Crackling, Hissing issue's

POSTED THIS BEFORE RIGHT HERE however after nearly 2 months, the first moderator to bother to take a look, decided not to try and answer and just closed the thread instead (way to go, real helpful).

Anyway posting it again, on the off chance there is a fix for the issue as i'm SERIOUSLY loosing all interest in the xbox one.

I had a day one edition xbox one that I received on launch day. not too long after launch I noticed that there was a problem with the sound crackling / glitching that would become apparent after several hours of play on Forza 5. I thought it was a glitch
/ bug in the game and that it would be something that would sorted out in time, however 7+ months on and the problem is still there, but it only becomes apparent after several hours of use. It only seems to happen when playing Forza (it's the only game I have)
but I never had any problems when watching tv, I could switch between forza (one the problem starts) and tv and the sound for tv would be fine, but no matter what Forza's sound would be crackling / hissing and distorting.

The only way I could fix it, would be fully powering off the xbox and pulling out the power lead for 10 - 15 seconds, and then after it had fully rebooted it would all be great again for another few hours.

As said this was only on games and never affected the tv, until a couple of days ago, when I was watching a program, and the sound suddenly went funny and it sounded like everyone was using helium. Changing channels, rebooting the stb etc didn't fix anything,
turning the xbox one off and on again didn't fix it either. Once again a full power down, pull power cord and full restart was the only cure. So I now assumed I have had a faulty console all along and that the issue is starting to get worse.

Yesterday I took the xbox one back to the shop and had it exchanged for a new one (sadly not a day one edition, but i'd rather a console that worked properly than a controller with a naff logo on it). It took some doing, as the idiots tried to tell me that
Microsoft say in the instruction manual that you should not have the console tuned on for more than 5 hours a day, so when I asked them to show me this info, they couldn't find it (surprise surprise) and agreed to replace.

Anyway this brand new console, is giving the exact same crackling / popping and distortion sounds after around 4 hours of playing Forza, so far no issue's with tv sound though.

The old xbox one was on the beta sw, the new one is not (yet), so it's not a beta sw issue, and also as it was a complete swap out, everything was replaced (console, psu, kinect, hdmi cable, controller), I have also tried 3 different hdmi ports on my Panasonic
tv, so I don't think it is a tv issue either (well it can't be as i've no issue with anything else connected to the tv).

It seems that atleast 1 other person on this board has had the same problem, but it doesn't seem to be a common issue thats been reported, is it a compatibility issue with my tv set ?, is it a weird co-incidence that I have managed to get 2 xbox one consoles
with the exact same fault ?

I would really appreciate some help with this, as the crackling / hissing is VERY irritating and is ruining my experience.

I am using the supplied Xbox One HDMI cable direct between the Xbox and my Panasonic (TX-P46G15B) tv, the audio settings on the Xbox One is set to stereo uncompressed.

I am having the same issues with my sound crackling, especially while playing Forza. I was checking my connections and found that my console was extremely warm. Could heat be an issue?
