    Can a Microsoft official please come and respond here? There are over 500 users who have visited this page looking for answers, and I imagine that these numbers will continue to grow. We would just like someone to explain why we can't login into xbox live
    (a service which we pay for) but we have no issue signing into our accounts via other Microsoft Applications. Thank you.

    That's strange. So doesn't seem to be a location dependent.

    Yea I'm in OK, and it's been roughly 45 mins for me. Still in the 600's on the Chat with Live Agent, which apparently is going to be pointless.
