Im in florida but my brother just a bit further south from me in orlando has his working fine idk how

 

Can a Microsoft official please come and respond here? There are over 500 users who have visited this page looking for answers, and I imagine that these numbers will continue to grow. We would just like someone to explain why we can't login into xbox live
(a service which we pay for) but we have no issue signing into our accounts via other Microsoft Applications. Thank you.

 

im in ny. tried getting on 30 min ago and still cant get on

 

That's strange. So doesn't seem to be a location dependent.

 

Yea I'm in OK, and it's been roughly 45 mins for me. Still in the 600's on the Chat with Live Agent, which apparently is going to be pointless.

 

I'm in Ontario Canada and this exact same problem is occurring with me.

 

I just want answers! This sucks

 

When mine said that i just reset it and left it for a couple hours and it fixed
