    XBOX ONE SOftware update error E 101


    HI,

    we have followed up the suggested procedure for updating the system through an external usb drive.

    we have uploaded the folder $SystemUpdate from the zip file.

    the procedure for updating has been started but then the system shows still an error type E 101.

    what can we do more or different?

    Hello,

    When I turn on my xbox I have a black screen.....

    I download the file for offline update .

    I put the usb key in the xbox and I start the update.

    But I have an error code.....E 101........

    Its don't work!!

    No me puedo conectar a xbox live en mi xbox 360! No se puede procesar la actualización.

    Ok puedes seguir este e identificar el error, por lo que puedo ver que usted tendrá que hacer una actualización sin conexión sigue estos pasos, vuelva aquí si no tiene éxito

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issue with error code E 102. The E error codes are all system errors. This is the software on your Xbox console. If you are unable to access any buttons on the troubleshoot you can try an

    offline update    . If that doesn't work you will most likely need a repair of the console. You can go to

    device support     to see if the console is in warranty and set up a repair.

    Thanks for coming back with the update on the steps tried. The repair for the Xbox one X is approximately between $225 and $275 for it. As mentioned before you can go through the device support or call in. Have you tried an

    offline update    ? With the E error codes these are software codes, the factory resets or offline update work most of the time.
