    Xbox One Social Issue


    Today I encountered a problem with my xbox one, more specifically the Social aspect. My friends list appears to be empty when viewing it on Xbox One (It works fine on the SmartGlass app), and I am unable to join parties or create parties. I sent a party
    invite via searching for a friend and inviting him, it claimed he joined, but when I went to view the party, the party didn't exist anymore, all it said was start a new party. I encountered this issue after accidentally removing my xbox account from my xbox
    when I was removing my brothers from it. When I added the account back, the friends list was clear, and hence this issue. Does anybody know what I can do to resolve this issue? I've already tried the hard reset, and re-signing in, neither worked.

    there have been some issues as of late about social issues affecting some of the Xbox one and Xbox 360 system social features.if the problem contuses goto www.xbox.com, and when you get there goto the error and stats page,and click on the Xbox live service

    yes you are not alone. There also appears to be problems with the Activity Feed as well. I have had friends in Overwatch, and when I look at their profile it say's they are at Home.

    *You can try refreashing your Home screen to see if it helps. *Just hold Left trigger, Right Trigger, then press Y.

    Hey SILENTxNINJAx95,

    As Ghost Spec Op said, you're not alone. If refreshing your home screen doesn't work, try and remove your account from the console then add it again.
