Xbox one SmartGlass

Hi I updated to the NXOE and my phone is not being able to use SmartGlass. It's not being able to recognize the system. i contacted a xbox costumer representative and after restarting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing the setting and
changing the back, ressetting my mac address and multiple other issues, the problem still persists. she told me my best shot for a solution was to contact this forum and hope that you guys can do a deeper system search for me. I certainly hope so. thanks,

Update for Windows and Windows Phone Xbox One SmartGlass Apps - fixes boot up issue

We have updated the Windows and Windows Phone Xbox One SmartGlass apps to fix the issue where they were crashing on boot.

Will thr current SmartGlass app be used for the Xbox one? I assume with an update?

Basically its an extension to the console, can serve as a controller (at least it does on the 360).

Doesn't mention size of app, but there is know way it is 8 GB. At least not for mobile devices, and, yes, Andoid and iOS are supported:

There is a completely different xbox smartglass app you need to download. The original SG app is for the 360 and the new one is called xbox one smartglass.
