    Xbox One Smartglass Sign-In Issue on Windows 8.1


    I have Windows 8.1 and am trying to sign-in to Xbox One Smartglass and keep getting the message: "We can't sign you in right now. Please try again. (0xbba)" I can sign in to all other apps and Windows itself. Not sure what the problem may be?

    XBOX 360 SMARTGLASS APP / CONSOLE NOT FOUND

    Hello,

    Xbox 360 SmartGlass issue , i tried my android smartphone , Windows 8.1 and 2 pc with latest Windows 10 , i still get the same error "console not found" , i checked everything, my account is the good one , console is set correctly (SmartGlass activated)
    and works on Xbox live , its the same network with hired cable. My os version is the lastest one 2.0.17511.0. What's the issue ?

    It's probably easier to just sign out on Windows 8.1 and log back in there with the same Microsoft Account you use on Xbox 360, if all you want to do is access Smartglass.

    It's probably easier to just sign out on Windows 8.1 and log back in there with the same Microsoft Account you use on Xbox 360, if all you want to do is access Smartglass.

    @RogueElite, as @GrilleChompa says please make sure you are using the new Xbox One SmartGlass app. Also try un-plugging and re-plugging in the console and re-starting the SmartGlass app. One other question...do you happen to have the WIndows Phone SDK
    installed on your Windows 8.1 PC? We have seen some issues with that combination as well and would like to rule that out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Just to rule out the one reason that made it not work for me: Are you using the "Xbox One Smartglass" app on your Windows 8.1? It's a different, new app to the old Smartglass app you used to connect to your Xbox 360.
