XBox One Smartglass Achievements Issue

I'm using an XBox One with the latest updated. I'm also running the latest XBox One Smartglass on an iPhone 5 (iOS 8.1).

My XBox and phone are both set to UK (region and language), as is my XBox Account / marketplace, etc.

However, all the acheivments that show on my Smartglass (both mine and friends) are coming up in German, which I don't speak or read. I've dug around this and other forums and don't seam to be able to work out how to change them back.

The only thing I can think of is that I'm running a secure VPN. But, that shows me as being in France, not Germany.

Glitched achievements.

I have the same issue with the 'Finders Keepers' achievement on Ryse, the Smartglass Xbox One companinion app for Ryse said that I have all the chronicles and the achievement in xbox one said 100% but the achievement dont pop up :S.

Same issue here. Can't pull up achievements on the Xbox One via snapping the app, opening the app full screen, on smartglass, or via the website. Hope this gets fixed soon.

 

Currently the achievements will display in the language based on your IP address.

Do you run your phone through VPN as well or just your console? What country are you based in? If it is Germany it could explain your phone showing German as it would be routing through the German mobile phone provider network.
