Xbox One & Smart TV Netflix??

I am looking to either buy my own internet service or go in half with my father and upgrade his existing plan. My question is this: Will 50 Mbps be enough to play my Xbox One, such multiplayer games as Battlefield or Call of Duty and my dad stream Netflix
    from his smart tv?

Now normally I would say 50 is more than enough, but Smart TVs are bandwidth suckers and I just want to get a concise estimation. We have 10 Mbps now and the tv destroys the connection. It will big down to below 1mbps easy. What are your thoughts?? Will
we be able to both stream and play simultaneously, or am I better off getting my own service?

    :)

Smart TV question with Xbox One

We need a new TV, and I was thinking of buying a Samsung smart TV. However, I am also thinking about buying an XBOX One. Should I bother getting a smart tv, or would the smart tv features be a waste because the XBOX one would have all those features (like
streaming, web browsing, etc). In summary, if you have an XBOX one, is there any reason to buy a smart tv? Or should I buy a non-smart TV? (Although the smart tvs are not much more expensive than the non smart tvs. )

Xbox One & Smart TV Netflix??

Smart TVs use either a direct, wired Ethernet connection or built-in Wi-Fi for streaming movies, some sets support the latest and fastest 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard. If you plan on cutting the cord, the faster Wi-Fi hookup will help.

For Netflix HD streaming, Netflix says it will take 5.0 Mbps (Megabits per second). Other services — from YouTube to HBO Go — should require a similar amount of bandwidth for their HD, 1080p streams. if you're using Netflix's 4K UHD stream — and you're probably
not — that will require 25 Mbps.

So there you go in a 50 mbps connection you can manage a decent bandwidth for both devices.

    Smart or not?

I have a smart LG. Smart features I use are Mirracast (For beaming my Kindle screen to the TV) and the Netflix and Amazon Instant apps. Since Xbox One already has those two apps, I'd say that they are somewhat wasted. Smart 3D TV is another matter, but if
you go Xbox One a regular full HD TV will do nicely.

    Netflix on App Channels List?

So, stupid question. Since my non Smart TV used my Xbox360 to access Netflix how would one go about watching Netflix on this TV now with an XboxOne since they don't provide the app channel in the One Guide now?

    Xbox one Kinect

Anyone with a PS3, Smart Phone, a Tablet, a PC, a smart TV, don't need gold to watch Netflix.

True Fact: Netflix is watched more on PS3 then any other device.
