Xbox One Smart glass not working?

Hi,

I've been using the smartglass app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) it worked fine up until today. I've just purchased the Xbox TV adapter so I was keen to try getting TV beamed to my phone and other devices. But after 5 seconds the app crashes and closes
with no explanation other than its stopped working. To make sure it's not just my phone I've also tried it on my girlfriends and have the same issue. Please help a poor gamer I need this to work so I can raid on Destiny in peace

I cannot be download X1 SmartGlass at 8.1 Surface RT

So at my Windows Surface RT Tablet, i cannot download XboxOne Smart Glass.

The Windows Search Engine cannot found Xbox One Smart Glass, the Serchengine find always only Xbox 360 Smart Glasses. So if i startet Xbox 360 Smart Glasses at my 8.1 RT Tablet, there is a tiles named Xbox One Smart Glasses.

I use a Finger Tip at this Tiles but there is no reaction. For usually the tiles have to open a new Layer for description and the function to be download the X1 Smart Glasses App but there is no reaction.

Xbox-One Problem

Sounds like somebody is connecting to your Xbox one via smart glass. Go into your Xbox one setting and disable the setting that allows any smart glass device to connect to your console.

 

Same issue for me, I've just buyed that tv adapter and now smartglass crash everytime.

Smartglass won't work with Motorola Moto G, Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 2013, so it is obvious that the problem is the application.

You need to fix this issue, I'm not going to buy the ugly xbox one remote because I need to change input in my TV to my PC.

It's been a week now and we've had no reply on this. It's clearly an issue because I'm now not the only one with his problem.

There's clearly an issue between the communication of smartglass and the tv adapter. Can we have an response on his even if your just looking into it.

same problem, but only with android, because i used ipad mini and it works without problems. i tried to connect a lot of different phone (android) and always the same..doesn't work.

i'm tv tuner xbox one owner and i suppose is this the problem, the tv tuner.

i'm very disappointed because i like very much smartglass....please solve the problem asap.

and also give to android device the tv program streaming like apple o windows phone.

 

Is this going to get looked at or just ignored? Your product isn't doing what you say it can do.

The Systemlogfile says evertime follow error:
