Xbox one small noise

Hey guys i bought my xbox one last night and im just wondering if this noise is normal .. Cant really remember its there when playing a game but my brother was in my room and it was quiet i turned it on and he heard the noise. Not sure if its because it
was extra quiet in my room or if i should be concerned. Video link below

Xbox ONE - Loud fan?

It is a bit hard to tell from the video if your Xbox One is indeed disfunctional or not. Is the noise noticeable from a distance, or while playing games? A small amount of noise is normal for the Xbox One.

 

Whirring noise/disc won't read

My Xbox won't read this disc. It's a perfectly new disc that's clean and no scratches, but when I put it in the Xbox, I get a whirring noise for about a second. Not the loud awful grinding noise I've seen loads but a small whirring noise. What's this about?

 

Sounds like a fan problem. Its supposed to be super quiet. Call up support and see what they can do

 

Well i got it at bestbuy im just going to exchange it i guess. So im not suppose to hear anything?

 

I'd exchange it to be safe.

The only time I hear the fan on my xbo is when my TV is muted. So I'd return it to be safe.

 

How will i transfer my saved games to the other xbox one?

 

Your saves are on the cloud so when you get a new one you should just be able to log in and have your saves

 

Well thats kinda the only time i hear it.. Only when i mute the tv.. If im aying a game i dont hear it at all

 

Then I think you should be fine. If your still not for sure I'd talk to your local game store just to be safe.

 

Like when my room is silent i hear the fan .. But if im playing i dont hear much. Listen to the link tell me what you think
