    With over 3000 people complaining about the ridiculous time to load a game disk., You would think that Microsoft would address the problem.

    Xbox One External Hard drive

    The internal drive is pretty slow (at least they were on the early models, don't know about the Xbox One S ones), I think most games run a bit smoother on my external disk.

    Backward compatibility issues - injustice

    we have purchased Xbox 360 injustice gods among us - ultimate edition on disk. Our Xbox one will not load game. We downloaded injustice gods among us (regular version) through Xbox web site. It will not load on our box one. 40 dollars down the drain. Any
    idea why our Xbox one will not load game. We have not had this issue with any other backward compatible games.

    Sorry you're having some slowness loading games on your console. There are a few items that come in to factor with the original load times. First is game size. The larger the game, the longer it takes to install. Second, the update size. Almost all games
    have a considerable sized update that must be required to be downloaded and then patched. Depending on your ISP speed, it could take a long time. Last, digital vs disc. If you have a digital game you're downloading, you must download the patch and the game
    itself, which again if you have slower internet, it can take a long time. That said, after you install games to your hard drive (disc and digital), your performance once the game starts is going to be MUCH better than if you're using a disc. So it's a slower
    initial install vs a slower overall experience. If you would like a feature changed that is by design like this, I would suggest going to
    Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice and submitting your ideas there. That said, this is likely something that will not change with the Xbox One as it improves the overall experience.

    check to make sure your disk is not damaged or full of scratches as the zombie part of the game may be on that part if that is the case for the CD. Don't continually click on zombies or anything when going into game, take it slow as Xbox hardware is not
    the fastest of everything. Try installing the game, this would probably help out overall, making the game load easier instead of always running disk drive the work will come from both the disk drive and hard drive.

    I've looked and it is backwards compatible, have you checked your library as it doesn't load from the disk it downloads a digital copy to you xbox one it just uses the disk as a verification that you have the game
