xbox one slow to fade

hello everyone .. I have this problem .. when I turn off the console takes at least ten minutes to go out .. the screen goes black but kinect and the console will flash for about ten minutes .. the console is set in quick start but when it goes off in energy
saving mode .. thanks

Question

There is also an option that you can set to allow your downloads to download while the Xbox is shut off. I believe it is called "Background Downloads", and it will enable your Xbox to continue downloading DLC while your Xbox is completely turned off. You
will know it is working when your Xbox blinks every few seconds with a slow fade-in/out on the power button.

Scorpio is real, coming Holiday '17

I am not sold on the whole VR thing as I think it is going to be a fad that fades quickly. However, I did order one of the Xbox One S systems today, and will more than likely get the Scorpio system when it hits. Plan is to have the Xbox One S in the living
room and Scorpio goes in the man cave with me.

Usually when it is doing this, it is syncing saves and settings with the cloud or downloading updates if you have it set to do that automatically. Also if you have had system hungry games running it can take longer to go into power saving.

It isn't anything to worry about and you should let it do its thing.

Same here. DA: Origins is one of my best and fave games of all time. I love the entire game apart from the fade mission. I liked to do the circle tower first, but usually leave it until last now because of the fade. I dont mind the Deep Roads though
for some reason? I have played through the game about twelve times and it just doesnt seem to grate me like the fade.

Yeah it is just part of the ninja picture. Zoom all the way in and the color is a little faded. That is where the fade comes from.
