Xbox one slow motion video only when headset is unplugged.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is your console enrolled in the
Xbox Insider Program? This issue may be attributed to the software on the console. As XBF Javier R suggested, we recommend completing a

soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed on the console, but it will remove all the profiles. Therefore, the email address and password of those accounts must be known before this step is taken. Be sure
to let us know the results!

This has fixed the problem so far.

The video does stutter a bit when i plug and unplug the headset bit the vdueo keeps playing normal speed.

Maybe.

Hopefully it wont happen again.

I had a friend tell me to try this and it did not work.

I will definitely try ot again.

Maybe we didn't leave it unplugged long enough.
