Xbox one slow and freezes

    My xbox one s is slow and freezes all the time.I have done all resets and dont know what else to do. Any one have any ideas?

    Not sure if it's similar, but since the last update my Xbox one will freeze. It starts slow, a little lag, then if I try and turn it off it freezes. I have to unplug the console to reset it.

    ye when ever it does work for a bit, everything is slow on it, games load slow or freeze? sometimes ill even freeze in the dashboard for 30 seconds, it is strange
