    Xbox One Slim ?


    Will there be a slimmer model of the Xbox One like there was with the Xbox 360 ? I loved the Xbox 360 S and then the more refined "E" version.

    I do want to get an Xbox One even though the specs of the PS4 are ever so slightly better but due to the exclusives i.e Halo, The ability to play with a few friends on Halo and the new Crackdown is really tempting but the size of the Xbox On at the moment is
    MAHOOSIVE and it's the only thing putting me off.

    Will we see a revision like the Xbox 360 had or if the rumors are true will the Xbox Two be out before that time ?

    Of course it is quite a bit bigger than the 360 slim, the original Xbox 360 was bigger than the slim, I'm sure it's bigger than the Xbox One slim will be too. That's the point of releasing the slim versions later on. But it is only 2.4cm longer than the original Xbox 360, which is what it should be compared to, not the revised, shrunk later released versions.

    309mm x 258mm x 83mm

    Not much in it really.

    There will be eventually for sure - how soon though, who knows? I predict E3 next year myself..

    It really isnt "MAHOOSIVE" and I would prefer it the size it is to prevent any overheating issues.

    Its just a matter of time before a slimmer verision is released, wasnt it 2010 that the 360 slim was brought out? My guess it will be a few years yet but we will see more limited editions in the meantime. Personally cant see how the size of a console could
    put someone off, if it was something i wanted i would make room for it, its not all that big anyway

    It really isnt mahossive at all stop being ridiculous. If size is that important to you get a Wii U its tiny.

    I put mine on a diet but then I weighed it and it said it was the ideal weight what and not to worry about its BMI.

    I know what you mean with the size tbh, however once it sits under your tv it looks much better and more professional than you'd think.

    As Genchy said it certainly aids cooling and is virtually silent to. It also looks like its ready to take on the many updates and functions that MS have instore without breaking a sweat........

    this sucks i got 4 xbox in the house 3 old one slim running the dashboard beta and that the only one that i can use. tired wired and wireless and it wont work i wonder is there some different chip in the slim compared to the old . i have one old running
    wirelss the first adaptor the second running the new adapter one old wired and the slim wired. i turned my phone into a hot spot and the slim works that way so yes its time warner but only the slim xbox has the problem that is wierd
