    Hi

    I have an xbox one slim bought in 2018, never had problems nor issues with this console.

    Recently i noticed that when i have to connect the power cable to the back of the console, i have to make pressure, too much damn pressure than normal

    the same disconecting the , i have to make substancial strenght to take off the wire, and seems that it doesn t connect properly, only after 2 ou 3 attempts , it does

    become conected properly

    i tried to solve the issue, using proper cleaning products, now the cable come on and off easily, but seems like theres something odd.... and the cable is wiggiling a lot right now

    has anyone had this problem before, should be an hardware or cable issue ?

    Try another cable and see if it does it too. If it does, it's a hardware issue, if not, it's a cable issue.

    Yes, the TV is showing a "no signal" even changing the HDMI port and cable. And no, nothing else is conected to the console other that HDMI and power cables =(

    very true as MS said xbox one is an entertainment / gamines system with hdmi out to conect to cable boxes tv,s etc but my guessing is xbox one slim wont have hdmi out also wont ship with kinect sensor. sort of a bedroom console there try and make it like
    the 360 E spec . anyway be good to see what they will do..

    My modem don´t detect the ethernet cable

    its kinda weird and im not sure how to explain it

    my laptop is conected thru wifi, then i conect a ethernet cable from my laptop to my xbox, and my xbox detects the cable then, but of course i don´t have acces to internet, it just appear to be conected with a ethernet cable
