Xbox one slim bundle (gears of war 4) blue limited edition

I have a question as to why the blue GameStop limited edition for gears of war is going to release on November 1st instead of the 11th of October when gears releases. I believe from a marketing stand point the blue console will sell better then the white
1tb bundle. I am an GameStop employee and I think that this is going to affect sales for us and for Microsoft. I personally was wanting to buy this system because for one, I love the blue color and I want to collect it, also I wanted to play gears of war when
it came out. I'm a big fan of Microsoft and always have been but I just don't understand what the reasoning behind this decision, but I believe it was a poor one. I mean if you look at the consoles that are coming out for battlefield one, they are also limited
edition ones as well, and are coming out when the game comes out as well.

I just hope someone from the development team and marketing team will see this post to giveme some feed back, thank you.

Gears of War Collection on Xbox One

I got interested in purchasing the new 2 TB Xbox One S - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle after hearing that after purchasing this bundle and redeeming the digital ultimate edition of Gears of War 4, I would receive codes for the Gears of War Xbox 360
Collection in my xbox messenger. I purchased this bundle and redeemed the digital edition of Gears of War 4 on October 18th and I have been patiently waiting for weeks now and still haven't gotten anything in my messenger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well aint that a load of crap....

 

It doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe there was some sort of delay on the console manufacturing side of things?

 

This should definately pressure some people into getting the game twice.

 

^^ lol, I don't think too many people are dumb enough to buy it twice or at least not enough people to make a difference on a few extra sales.

 

I just don't get the whole marketing view point on this console. It is not going to sell well 3 weeks after the game initially came out.
