Xbox one signing out

Hey there! Try removing his profile (Settings, Accounts, Remove accounts, select his, Remove) and redownloading it (open the guide, go up, go left to Add & manage, then sign in with the Microsoft account on his profile).

i had this issue one time on my xbox one

i fixed it by removing my profile and adding it again, you could try this and see if it works for you to,

to try this please follow the steps below

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1.Go to Settings, and then select System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select All Devices.

4.Select Gamer Profiles.

5.Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

6.Select Delete.

7.Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Clear Xbox system cache (3 times in a row)

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

Repeat this process, 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

now lets add its again

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller twice

2. go up to the top (where you normaly see your username)

3.click add and manage

4.click add new

5.sign in with your information

Unfortunately, there is no function to sign out of the application. If you're attempting to sign into a separate Mixer account that is connected to your Xbox profile, you would need to
disconnect that Mixer account from the profile you don't want associated so that way whenever you launch the
application it will sign you into the account you're trying to use.

If this concerns a Mixer account that is connected to a separate profile, you would simply need to
sign out of your current Xbox profile and sign into the one you want to use and then launch Mixer and it will sign you in automatically.

Netflix is fine here in the UK, to sign out destroyer, press the menu (start) button, then settings, then log out.

I'd say that it's probably your router that is the cause of the issue. Do you have quite a few devices connected? I had a similar issue with the router that Virgin supplied me a couple of years back. I think it was having trouble mainly when the IP lease
expired and it had been reassigned. This was amplified after my children both got laptops and phones for Christmas. Since purchasing a Netgear Nighthawk though I've never had any such issue. The service provider routers are generally pretty cheap and will
start to struggle with more than half a dozen devices attached. Especially when you hit peak times or you IP is reassigned.
