    Xbox one signing me out while playing and then won't let me sign in


    I'm having trouble staying signed in to my account while playing a game and can't sign back in till I restart the Xbox then it's fine for about 15 minutes before it kicks me out again. I thought it was the game I had downloaded so I tried a disk and still
    the same thing happened. Any advace will help please! Thanks in advance!

    Xbox signs me out and won't let me sign in.

    When ever I sign in, say a Monday, 5:00 PM, then I get on again the next day, same time for example, Xbox signs me out. But it's not that. When ever I go to sign in, I enter my password, and it says it's wrong. I have tried removing my account and adding
    it back on, as well as restarting my Xbox. What do I do? I can't keep making a new password.

    Xbox One btw.

    My account says

    I am playing on Xbox one it won't let me sign into my profile so I removed it now it won't let me download it

    I wonder if it was Kinect not recognizing you. I know it switches logins when you're signed in, and you hand your controller over to someone else, so maybe that's what happened. It didn't recognize you, and thought you were someone else.

    That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

    Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

    You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.
