    Xbox one signing me out immediately after I sign in


    Hello, starting today my Xbox has been signing me out a couple seconds after I sign in. I've tried everything from power cycling numerous times to clearing my cache, to unplugging the power for a minute and plugging it back in. It is not a wifi issue because
    I use wired connection. This is only a problem on my account because when I sign into my family member's account, everything works smoothly. Considering this, the obvious solution would be to create a new account. However, I do not want to because all my
    stuff will reset. Could it be that someone else is accessing my account from another console. For a more in depth explanation of what happens, here: I sign in using my 6 digit pass key, everything is normal for 2-7 seconds until it finally says "Bye (name)"
    and signs me out. Please help, this is incredibly frustrating and Xbox Support, can out please tell me I did someone else is using my account and how to fix it. Thanks.

    The process of removing my account and then re-adding it worked for me. I was having the same issue.

    This problem started yesterday while I was playing dynasty warriors. It signed me out about 20 minutes after I started playing. The message the game gave me was about switching profiles and being returned to the title screen. Now whenever I try to sign in
    to my profile I get signed out immediately. This happens when I'm on the dashboard and when I'm in game. I've tried resetting my network, hard resetting the console, and cutting the power to it. Nothing is fixing it

    To start out, have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One, followed by a power cycle, and finally adding your profile back? If not, please give that a try and let us know if it helps clear up the sign out issue.

    To start out, have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One, followed by a power cycle, and finally adding your profile back? If not, please give that a try and let us know if it helps clear up the sign out issue.

    Hi! sorry to hear you're suddenly being signed out. It's incredibly frustrating, trust me I know! This issue is actually caused by an issue with your account usually and not the Xbox itself. Try this..

    1. Remove just your profile from the Xbox
    2. hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds shutting down, then unplug it
    3. Sign into your Microsoft account
      here       Use the same email and password that you use for the Xbox
    4. click on the security link then click update (enter your password again if it asks)
    5. On the security info page make sure you have at least 2 backup email or phone numbers and that they are current
    6. Make any changes if needed or if everything looks good go back to the main page of the account
    7. (optional) If it has been a while since you updated your password, change it now
    8. sign out and plug the Xbox back in
    9. add your profile back to the Xbox and sign in
    The issue should be fixed after that
