Xbox one signing in trouble

Are you trying to sign in on an xbox 360 or are you trying to play a backwards compatible game and having trouble trying to sign into your account through an xbox one?

Sorry to hear the sign in trouble. Just so I can clarify, your husband is having trouble signing in with their Xbox Live Profile while you're having trouble staying signed into YouTube? What is the error when you try to sign into Xbox Live exactly?

I understand but they're going to be the ones you're going to have to chat with. Just start by saying its account related then choose the option for more help then finally ask for escalation

Alright. Are you logged into your account currently to post here? If so try heading to https://account.microsoft.com/family and see if you're set as head of the family. If, when you log in, it comes up with your daughters account that would suggest an issue with your account that would need to be handled by Xbox Support.

For that I would recommend heading to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated for an account related issue.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with your console.

• Doing a soft factory reset on your console should take care of this issue.

To do this:

- Turn your console off.

- Unplug all external storage units from the console's USB ports.

- Turn your console on.

- Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

* Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

• If your console won't let you access the settings menu to reset your console, try doing it through the troubleshooting menu instead. Like this:

- Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.

- Plug your console back into the outlet.

- While the console is off, press and hold the BIND button.

- Without letting go of it, press the power button once (do not hold).

- Continue holding BIND for 15 seconds.

* The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console.

If the troubleshooting menu comes up, select "Reset Xbox" > "Keep games and apps".
