    Can you share the make and model of your television? Generally the TV sends a digital signal back to the Xbox One to notify it's connected and I'm wondering if perhaps the TV isn't sending that signal despite displaying fine.

    bbc1 now. catching ppl flashing xbox360's

    sorry but you did need a TV Licence if you have a television that can receive a signal to watch it, even if you only use the television for gaming you still need one

    If this only happens to you with a television or a specific type of television (and it gives you a signal without problem on others) then it means that it is not a problem with the Xbox console, but with the television where it does not give you a signal, so you I recommend contacting their manufacturer directly for better assistance.
