Xbox One sign up problem

We see that your account was registered into the program, and then opted out of the program a few years ago. Did you just recently attempt to rejoin the program? If so, can you roughly recall what date you attempted to re-enroll? If you have not attempted
to re-enroll recently, have you had a gamertag change in the past?

Thankyou for the reply, ive never opted out but had a gamer tag change about 6 years ago. But since the change ive tried to enrole with no luck and even spoke to xbox live customer services many times to try and sort it but no one would help. Ive had loads
of points due over the years but no way to collect them as xbox customer services kept on fobbing me off. Please is this sortable and is it possible to backdate the points due. Thanks

As mentioned previously, you registered into the Rewards program on April 27th, 2013, then chose to opt out of the program on November 17th, 2013. Since you were no longer a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards Credits. We can only Reward
activity done while in the program. We see that your recent re-enrollment on the 20th was successful, and you are now a member again.
