XBOX ONE SIGN IN PROBLEMS

I keep getting a message saying "There was a problem. We couldn't sing you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x800488FC

I've signed in online (obviously), changed my password, and I still cannot sign into my xbox. Any ideas here?

XBOX ONE Sign in problems

For a while now whenever I turn on my Xbox I'll either sign into xbox live but can't sign into my profile or vice versa. The only way I can sign into both is to either do a hard reset on my console if the profile doesn't log in or unplug the Ethernet cable and re-plug it in if its not connecting to Xbox live. Does this happen to anyone else? I started thinking that maybe its because my 1yr old had been turning my system off and on rapidly a few times before I could curb this behavior. Any thoughts? I've reset my modem countless times so its not that.......

There is an issue on the Xbox server side preventing individuals such as yourself from accessing their profiles on the Xbox console itself. They became aware of the issue about an hour ago and are trying to find a fix for it currently. The good news is
that there is nothing wrong with your account!

Hey, Barricade0217. What kind of error are you getting when trying to login? Are you getting to the pass code/password screen? Do you see you profile in the profile list? Can you provide any other info on the issue you're having? Thanks!

I had to change my password 2 yesterday, and I didnt select the option.

Everything worked fine after that until this morning it keeps telling me password is incorrect, yet I can sign on her and o to my xbox 360 with no issue, just the xbox one

As I stated, I have already completed the set-up phase, with Kinect plugged in. The Day One system update completed. The only step left is to link my account, but since there is no virtual keyboard being displayed, I am unable to do so. I should also mention
that I have tried hooking up an external keyboard via USB port (this keyboard worked fine with Xbox 360) but Xbox One does not recognize it.

Strider, did you set up your console with the Kinect plugged in?

If not, plug it in. If you did have it plugged in then try setting it up with it plugged out.

I had no trouble setting up my account. I DID NOT have the kinect plugged in whilst I was doing it..

When It asked for my e-mail and PW, the virtual keyboard just popped up on its own.
